These management areas, included in the group’s general management, with SERHS Corporate, Services and New Technologies, are made up by companies dedicated to the administration and ownership of propoerties, land, securities and installations, all of which compose a series of assets which are the fruit of the group’s business dynamic.



As a business corporation, Grup SERHS, S.A., is the owner of a large portfolio of values and also a series of builginds. With its value portfolio, it particpantes directly or indirectly in a dominant manner in all the companies of the group. As for the buildings, it rents them out to different subsidiaries in order to facilitate their business activity. It works directly or through companies it holds in the two mentioned areas.
